The location of the hotel is exceptional, just steps from the beach and charming town. The warm chocolate chip cookies at afternoon "cookie time" were a delightful treat, and the complimentary ice cream added a nice touch. However, the pool cleanliness could use some attention, and the small outdoor dining area felt cramped during busy times. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location, cozy vibes!
Had a nice 4-night stay. The wraparound porch was perfect for chilling, and I loved grabbing breakfast while enjoying the sunshine. Our room had a balcony and was super clean. Only bummer was the slanted floor. it made the bed feel weird. Overall, it was a nice getaway for us.

We really enjoyed our stay with comfy beds and a nice garden area to unwind in. The outdoor fire pit at night was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The only downside was the noise from some lawn work near the pool, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 🌟

Family with children will love it here!
The backyard games area was a hit with my two-year-old, he couldn’t get enough of those fun activities! Plus, the complimentary ice cream – can't beat that! 😄
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable enough.

I loved the charming character of the Colonial Inn. Our room in the Shorebirds building was bright and comfortable, featuring two queen beds and a cozy porch with table and chairs. The view from our room included a glimpse of the ocean, which was a nice touch. The wrap-around porch at the Main Inn offered a great place to relax, complete with plenty of seating. Having a nice-sized fridge and microwave in the room was super convenient for snacks. The complimentary continental breakfast helped kickstart our day with enough options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly. they greeted us with smiles and made us feel welcome right from the start. However, I did notice the small white table in our room had a sticky surface, which was a bit off-putting. Also, the air conditioning unit was louder than expected and made it hard to sleep at times. It would be great if the hotel could look into these small maintenance details. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, and I'd definitely return again.
